Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you provide it, team size, the service you're interested in and your message.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide and invoice our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your information for marketing. Enquiries are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our email provider, who handle it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as UK accounting and legal rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn't set cookies or identify individual visitors.
